Country Trio on Splendour Bill To Represent UK at Eurovision Song Contest

It’s Splendourvision! Country trio Remember Monday will be representing the UK at the Eurovision Song Contest in Switzerland in May before appearing at Splendour Festival, Wollaton Park, Nottingham 19-20 July 2025.

The country-inflected female trio look set to capture the huge popularity of country music when they battle it out in one of biggest TV moments of the year.

Remember Monday’s Eurovision entry song What The Hell Just Happened? chronicles the aftermath of a fun night out with friends, and perfectly showcases the band’s humour, relatability and their signature harmonies. The song, which is out now, is an upbeat pop track full of energy, excitement and drama.

The band have skilfully crafted playful a capella takes on the songs of a wide range of artists from Sabrina Carpenter, Queen and Shania Twain, to Wicked.

The girls are set to appear at Splendour on Sunday 20 July, with organisers delighted to have them confirmed on the line up before the Eurovision announcement was made by BBC on 7 March.

Splendour organiser Anton Lockwood said: “We were already delighted to have Remember Monday playing at Splendour as they’re fantastic artists, but we’re now even more happy because it’s been announced that they’ll be repping the UK at the massive festival of music that is Eurovision!!

“Back in 2023 Eurovision megastar Sam Ryder brought Splendour a huge amount of great vibes. We believe Remember Monday can top that by going all the way, and arriving in our field as winners!”
