With sumptuous new décor and an exciting new private function space, the Garden Suite, the venue is worthy of an A-lister award show, however Notts VIP’s were the lucky ones invited for the grand unveiling
As well as having a sneak peak at the venue’s new facilities including the contemporary function room, guests to enjoyed canapes, chocolate dipped strawberries, wine and champagne in the venue’s recently refurbished new-look gastro-bar and restaurant whilst enjoying live music by resident musician Suzi Jary, an artiste who pulls in the crowds each Friday evening.
Oscar’s offers independent branded drinks, cocktails and informal dining in the lounge area and a la carte cuisine and a carefully selected wine list in the restaurant. All meals are made fresh everyday on the premises by Oscar’s own resident chef.
NottinghamLIVE were lucky enough to catch up for a chat with managing director Dominic Hayer. Dominic feels the area needs somewhere like Oscar’s, with the popular venue providing high quality dining in a relaxed setting. The time, they felt was right though, to give the venue a bit of a transformation and provide customers old and new with an exciting setting to enjoy the venues hospitality.
Prior to the evening, Dominic told PR company Cartwright Communications, who handled the event “The team and I have really enjoyed choosing the new décor and are very excited about showcasing the new-look Oscar’s to the people of Nottinghamshire. As well as the décor, we have lots to shout about – our new menu and drinks selection plus our new private Garden Suite’.
With doors opening directly onto the outdoor terrace, the Garden Suite offers a unique space and a much needed addition to the out of town private hire offering.
