This year’s Festival of Food & Drink, held at Clumber Park on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September, is your passport to a world of Street Food with flavours from all over the globe. 

The Street Food area is a feast for the senses with everything from Thai and Bangladeshi to Greek and Jamaican, with the best of the USA and Britain added to the mix. 

Amongst the newcomers making their Clumber Park debut is Mivesi offering Indian and Bangladeshi Street Food such as Chicken Tikka Halloumi Wrap, Onion Bhajis, Vegetable Samosas, and spicy Aloo Chana. 

Also appearing for the first time is Taste of Peru, bringing South American dishes such as Lomo Saltado, a sirloin steak stir fried Peruvian style, Rumba rice with grilled chicken (gluten free), Tallarín Saltado – Sirloin steak Peruvian noodles stir- fried, Yuca fríes (Cassava) and Empanadas – Peruvian pasties made from cheese or beef. 

Devons Kitchen brings some Jamaican flavor with callaloo jerk chicken and goat curry, SriNon Kitchen offers a taste of Thailand with its award-winning Pad Thai noodles, spring rolls and Massaman curry, and Alfies specialises in Lebanese street food

Yannis Greek Street Food offers Gyros, Greek kebab, chicken, pork, halloumi, Greek sausage and Greek beer Mythos, Tapitas brings Spainish Paella and Papas Bravas, while The Filthy Vegan offers Vegan kebabs and both sweet and savory vegan food. 

Newcomers Sausagebox International transform the humble hot dog with exciting new recipes, while Pinch N’ Pull offers succulent pulled pork, halloumi wraps and salad boxes. Keeping it simple, The Big Melt make everyone’s favourite cheese toasties. 

Bringing a taste of the sea, Brancaster Bay Shellfish’s Mussel Pod makes a welcome return along with the Duck Truck with its crispy duck wraps, Pizza Traders’ wood fired Pizzas, and hog roasts from HeatherHill Farm. 

Enjoy British Cider by Orchards of Husthwaite and the infamous British Bus Bar along with Boston Shakers Cocktails and the Bubble Box Yorkshire Prosecco Bar. Enjoy fine real ales and craft beers from locally brew house Totally Brewed, which will be offering a selection of delicious draft beers along with cans to take home. Plus, there’s plenty of Gin to sample in the GIN School so enroll now.  

Got a sweet tooth? Try the Chocolate Dessert Bar, joining the Festival for the first time with Belgian chocolate waffles and cookie dough, or Bubble waffles from Just Desserts. Plus, there’s Churros from Los Churros Amigos, and the Yorkshire Crepe Co returns with its mouth-watering sweet and savoury crepes. 

Alongside the varied menu of around 150 producers on offer with many more featured in the Food & Drink Marquee offering the opportunity to ‘try and buy’, the Festival also boasts a fantastic line-up of celebrity chefs in the Cookery Theatre, Cookery classes for both adults and children, and the popular Gin School.
