YE OLDE BELL CREATES NEW G&TEA
Ye Olde Bell Hotel & Spa is launching a new afternoon tea for gin lovers that will combine the classic English tipple with the quintessential afternoon treat.
Guests choosing the ‘G&Tea’ will be able to select from an extensive menu offering 16 gins, which range from traditional to fruit inspired to local varieties such as Sir Robin of Locksley. These are expertly blended with tonics and mixers from Fever Tree, which add creative twists with flavours including refreshing cucumber and a taste of Provence with the Mediterranean tonic.
The G&Tea is served with finger sandwiches, homemade cakes and pastries, homemade scones, jam and fresh cream with a choice of tea or coffee.
The hotel also offers traditional afternoon tea with or without Champagne.
Ye Olde Bell, is located in the village of Barnby Moor, on the borders of Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Last year they opened a new multi million pound spa.
Those after a pampering session can book the afternoon unwind package. This includes full access to the award winning spa for three hours with use of the thermal experiences, alfresco relaxation areas and indoor/ outdoor vitality pool plus a choice of a 30 minute treatment ranging from a massage, facial, exfoliation or eye treatment.
Prices for the G&Tea start from £27pp. Traditional tea is priced at £19pp or £27 with champagne. The Spa Afternoon Unwind package is priced at £85pp with spa access from 3pm to 6pm.
