Friday 11th June: Outlaws and Exiles
Back by popular demand! The Museum is re-running its first-ever Crime Club, which premiered in 2019. From ruthless highway robbers to murderous men, join them for a night of grisly entertainment as they recount numerous tales from Georgian Nottingham’s criminal past.
Thursday 5th August: The Poisoner’s Handbook
Discover the dark history of poisons and how they’ve been used to commit crimes over the years. From Victorian murderesses to modern detective techniques, find out everything you could ever wish to know about these deadly substances in this brand-new Crime Club! Book here.
Schedule
6 pm – Guests arrive for a welcome drink of white/red/rose wine, a bottle of beer, soft drink, or tea/coffee
6:30 pm – Guest take their seats in Civil Courtroom for first session 7:15 pm approx – Small break
7:30 pm – Second session starts
8 pm – Event finishes
