- Robot-inspired events and activities take place at intu Victoria Centre this half term
- The hi-tech theme was chosen by parents and children who were polled on how they most wanted to spend half term
Children in Nottingham can enjoy a week of robot-building fun during a hi-tech half term of daily activities at intu Victoria Centre.
The free events will also include the chance to take part in robot dance classes, make their own robot craft activities, and even meet two metres tall real robot Short Circuit when he visits the centre on Monday 29 May.
intu’s nationwide “Shopperview” panel, made up of customers of its 14 centres up and down the country, selected the robot-inspired theme for half term week after they were polled on the activities they’d most like their children to take part in during the school holidays.
Nigel Wheatley, general manager at intu Victoria Centre said: “We’re excited to be bringing families a fun-packed week of free events and activities that will help them make the most of a visit to intu Victoria Centre over the school holidays.
“It’s the latest compelling event to be created by intu thanks to valuable insight from our customers.”
Activities take place at intu Victoria Centre from 29 May to 2nd June. They are free for all the family and open to all ages.
