STAFF at intu Victoria Centre and intu Broadmarsh have been treating customers this week in celebration of National Customer Service Week (3 – 7 Oct), carrying out random acts of kindness to make Nottingham’s shoppers smile.
During the week, the intu teams have been treating hungry shoppers to loaded intu gift cards, aiming to cover the cost of their lunches when visiting both centres.
Nigel Wheatley, general manager for intu in Nottingham, said: “We take pride in our customer service at both of our centres and it is nice to get involved in awareness raising campaigns such as National Customer Service Week.
“The shoppers who have been treated to intu gift cards have been incredibly grateful, and it just goes to show how a small act of kindness can bring a smile, making our malls a nice place to visit and work within.”
National Customer Service Week is a weeklong campaign, which all intu centres across the country have been celebrating. The week aims to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
