Spa at Ye Olde Bell has been named one of the top three new spas in the whole of the UK at the prestigious Good Spa Guide Awards.
The multi million-pound spa, which opened this summer, received the award in the best newcomer category at the glittering ceremony, beating a host of other contenders.
The Good Spa Guide is one of the leading industry authorities within the spa sector. Following a visit earlier this year they gave Spa at Ye Olde Bell at top rating of five bubbles. In their review they commented how much they loved the warm, friendly welcome and attentive service and the imaginative spa experiences including the unique Snow Storm shower and the innovative Sabbia Med (sunlight therapy) room.
Spa Director, Sadie Ardron-Levack, said: “We are honoured to have been given this accolade. We are extremely proud of the offering at Spa at Ye Olde Bell and have worked hard to create an incredible experience for our guests.
“This award is recognition for all our dedicated team, from those involved in the build and design process to those who now deliver the experience, including our dedicated spa butlers and trained therapists.
“We hope to continue to build on what we have achieved to date and continue to exceed the expectations of all those who visit us.”
The boutique spa, located in the village of Barnby Moor, features ten thermal spa experiences and includes an indoor-outdoor vitality pool, outdoor relaxation areas with alpine lodges and the delicious Herb Garden Brasserie.
Spa access starts from £50. For full relaxation guests can chose to stay in one of the 59 rooms, suites or lodges at the country hotel, prices start from £149.50pp.
