The brand new, family friendly festival, Gloworm Festival, has now announced its full line-up of acts playing the main stage over the 2-day event. Taking place at Clumber Park, on August 20th & 21st, the event is set to attract upwards of 20,000 people in the first year of the event.
Headlining on the main stage, which is sponsored by IKEA, on Saturday 20th is none other than children’s television favourite double act ‘Dick and Dom’, who will be lighting up the stage with an upbeat DJ set, that’ll get grandparents, parents and children all dancing about.
Sunday nights headline spot has been taken by alternative rock band, Toploader, who will best be remembered by their most famous song ‘Dancing in the Moonlight’ which became a global hit for the band.
Both headliners will be performing their sets at 6.00 pm on their respective nights.
Seas of Mirth, The Red Faces and Sea Monster Eyes are just some of the acts who will be getting the crowd into the swing of things before the headline act on Saturday.
Supporting Toploader on the second day of the event will be acts such as Whisky Stain, Unknown Era and Thrasonic, along with a range of other great local acts.
