This week is a bit of a special as the NottinghamLIVE Radio Show takes an indepth look at a fantastic charity gig taking place this weekend – The Rosie May Memorial Fund Charity Evening, which takes place at the Elwes Arms in Carlton on Saturday.

The gig features some of Nottingham’s best musicians and will even have the added bonus of featuring NottinghamLIVE Radio Show hosts Darren & Steve on compere duties – along with former Notts Live hosts Bainy and Andy.
We are extremely pleased that a host of people involved in the event will be popping into the studio through the night for a “takeover” style show, among them Prefontaine’s Gary Barwell – who has helped put the line up together and organisers Alex Newsome and Samantha Owen – among others.
Plus we will have a live session from brilliant young acoustic talent MATT HUMPHRIES who is among the acts playing on the day.
