Following last years sell-out success the Mangata Festival will be returning once more in 2024 and today they announced the FULL line up for the event, which will take place on July 13.
Last years event took place over three stages, at The Rescue Rooms and The Tap n Tumbler, and both venues will, once again, be part of the festival – and they will be joined by a brand new stage at Ghost – just down the road for Rescue Rooms.
Tech metal act Hacktivist will headline the Rescue Rooms main stage, where they will be joined by Boss Keloid, Cabin Boy Jumped Ship, Skarlett Riot, Ghost of Atlantis, Street Soldier, Orbital Alignment and Reckoner.
Meanwhile, upstairs in the Red Rooms you can catch Rogue Limb, Kryptess, El Moono, Drip Fed Empire, 7ebenth Sea and Mountain Caller before PIJN round things off with their genre-bending expansive metal riffs.
New venue Ghost will see a headline set from extreme metal act Viscera, featuring former members of Heart of a Coward, Sylosis, Martyr Defiled and Nervecell, plus sets from Raised By Owls, Burner, Blight Town, Phoenix Lake, Those Once Loyal, Black Ink, Hidden Mothers and Syncolima.
Finally, just round the corner at The Tap n Tumbler psych-rockers Ritual King will close out following sets by Wolfbastard, Thrashatouille, Survivalist, Godeth, Sleep in Motion and Dreor.
Mangata Festival has quickly established itself as a key festival on the Nottinghamshire music scene and 2024 promises to be another fantastic event and, given last years sell-out it is recommended you get your tickets as soon as you can with regular tickets just £30 and available to order from the Mangata Festival website
We will have more on the Mangata Festival throughout 2024 including previews and interviews, in the meantime be sure to check out the Mangata Festival Facebook page.
